Prospecting and outreach tools for hospitality companies

Separate tools that work on their own or together:

• Property scout. Reads a business’s own website and rates how good a fit it is, with a short brief the rep reads before reaching out.
• Lead sourcer. Finds new businesses to prospect and cleans up their details into a ready-to-use list.
• Duplicate check. Compares every new business against what’s already in the CRM before adding it, so nothing gets added twice. Every load is approved first and can be fully undone.
• Exclusion lists. Keeps current customers, open deals, recent conversations and do-not-contact records out of every send.
• Scalable cold outreach. Sends personalized cold email at volume and hands anyone who shows interest to a person.

Stock, sales and waste app for a family-run cheese and deli distributor

Paper stock sheets replaced with a phone-first app in Spanish. Staff receive, sell, log waste and count stock with a few big buttons, and can snap a photo of a paper sheet for the app to read. Expected and counted stock are compared automatically, and the data lives in a spreadsheet the business owns.

Punch Clock: time, planning and invoicing across several clients

I started with off-the-shelf time trackers, but none of them did everything I needed, and paying for several to cover the gaps made no sense. So I built my own, faster than setting those up. It logs hours by client and type of work, confirms calendar meetings before they count, shows how many hours each client still needs this week, and turns it all into invoices and reports. It takes plain voice or text commands and runs on a spreadsheet I own.
